JerryForte.com is designed to collect only the information needed to respond to an engagement request or deliver email updates you have asked to receive. Personal information is not sold or shared for advertising.

Engagement requests

When you submit the Work With Jerry form, the information you provide is sent through Formspree so Jerry can review the request and respond. Please do not include confidential, medical, legal, or highly sensitive personal information. Form submissions are used only to consider the request, communicate with you, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation.

Notes from Jerry

You will receive Notes from Jerry only if you intentionally join the email list. MailerLite is used to receive subscription information, send those notes, and manage your preferences. You may unsubscribe at any time through the link included in each email.

Video and audio

Vimeo provides the video players used on this site. To help a video begin more quickly, its player may start preparing when the video comes into view on a touch device or when you point to or focus its poster. The video does not play until you choose Play. The players use Vimeo’s privacy setting, although Vimeo may still process technical information needed to prepare and provide playback. Audio recordings and downloadable resources are delivered directly from JerryForte.com.

Site security and measurement

Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie to help distinguish automated traffic and protect the site. JerryForte.com does not use it for advertising or analytics. The site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics to track visitors. If that changes, this policy will be updated to explain what is collected and what choices are available.
